Privacy

Short version: I only collect what you type into the contact form, and I use it to call you back. The site also counts visits, anonymously.

What this site collects

The contact form asks for your name, a phone number, and whatever you choose to tell me. It does not ask for your email address. That information is delivered to me by a form service (Formspree) and is not stored on this website.

What I do with it

I use it to contact you about an appointment. I do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies, and nothing here is used to target ads at you.

I do use Google Analytics to see basic numbers — how many people visited, which pages they read, roughly what part of the country they came from, and whether they were on a phone or a computer. It sets a cookie so a returning visit can be told apart from a new one. I cannot see who you are from any of it, and it is not connected to anything you send me through the contact form.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser when a page loads.

Health information

Please keep the contact form general. Anything detailed about your health is better discussed by phone or in person, and intake paperwork is handled at your appointment.
